Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain

Serve as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations. Own financial planning, cost analysis, lifecycle analysis, and reporting; evaluate supplier contracts and capital purchases; build unit economics and inventory models; analyze spending variances; prepare executive reporting; lead cost-reduction initiatives; support scenario planning; automate reporting; and mentor junior finance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end FP&A for the supply chain organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Evaluate supplier contracts, capital equipment purchases, and total cost of ownership.
  • Build financial models for unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics.
  • Analyze actual versus forecasted spending variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly executive reporting packages.
  • Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Create a lifecycle management program with the business.
  • Partner with Accounting on capitalization, accrual, and cost allocation.
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes and tools.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience with significant supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance exposure.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, or similar.
  • Ability to translate operational data into financial insights and executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience partnering with procurement and operations teams on supplier contracts, capital planning, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environment preferred.
  • Experience with hardware, data center, or physical infrastructure supply chains is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with capital equipment accounting and depreciation schedules is a bonus.
  • Prior experience building FP&A processes at a scaling company is a bonus.
