Senior Manager, Integrated Production

* 5–6 years of experience in Experience Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, or related creative disciplines.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital experiences together with broader visual design capabilities.

* Proven experience designing across web, mobile, digital platforms, and multiple communication formats.

* Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Service Design methodologies.

* Experience working with Design Systems, component libraries, and scalable design frameworks.

* Comfortable contributing to presentations, branding, visual communication, social content, and multidisciplinary creative projects.

* Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovation within creative processes.

* Excellent communication, storytelling, collaboration, and presentation skills.

* Ability to balance strategic thinking, creative execution, and continuous experimentation.
