Senior Manager/Manager, Industry Outreach & Marketing (Planning & Programmes)

The selected candidate will be required to:

• Plan and carry out employer outreach and engagement initiatives
• Promote TAFEP’s programmes to employers and encourage them to adopt fair and progressive employment practices
• Guide employers in the implementation of good employment practices
• Build good relations with partners to promote TAFEP’s initiatives and programmes
• Develop content and deliver presentations at clinics/briefings
• Conduct research on industry sectors, HR and employment practices
• Support and/or organise events and conferences

Job Requirements

• Tertiary Education in any discipline
• 6-8 years working experience with prior experience in programmes promotions, outreach and marketing preferred
• Knowledge of the Employment Act and exposure to HR/employment issues is an advantage
• Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management is essential
• Good written, communication and presentation skills with ability to develop content
• Strong strategic planning skills and ability to analyse data and conduct research
• Good project management skills and experience in managing systems and database
• Resourceful team player, able to multi-task, manage projects and timelines well
• Strong competency in MS-Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
