The Interview Delivery team is committed to delivering and scaling a seamless interview experience at Karat. As one of the organization’s core teams, we play a critical role in both driving business outcomes and shaping the future of technical recruiting. We work closely with candidates, clients, Interview Engineers, and internal partners to ensure every interview runs smoothly and effectively.
What you will do
As Senior Manager of Supply Acquisition for Karat's Interview Delivery team, you will scale and strengthen our global network of Interview Engineers. You will lead a Program Manager and a Coordinator, designing and executing acquisition initiatives that attract high-quality Interview Engineers at scale and improve the health of our interviewer marketplace.
- Serve as the strategic lead and executor of Karat's supply acquisition initiatives, strengthening an interviewer marketplace that keeps pace with customer demand.
- Leverage AI and data analysis to continuously optimize Karat's supply acquisition funnel, from screening through conversion, ensuring the pipeline delivers not just volume, but the best available talent.
- Identify untapped opportunities for sourcing high-quality Interview Engineers within Karat's existing hiring geographies, developing new approaches where no established playbook exists.
- Manage and coach a Program Manager and a Coordinator, building a team focused on growth and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to drive acquisition programs and improve marketplace growth and supply health.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve acquisition processes, aligning stakeholders and resources to implement solutions that scale with Karat's growth.
The experience you will bring
- 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related field within a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing small, high-performing teams, with a track record of driving results through others
- Demonstrated success executing acquisition, growth, or marketplace strategies that scale talent, contractor, or supply networks
- Proven history of leveraging AI tools to inform sourcing, screening, or funnel optimization decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to define metrics, evaluate performance, and inform decision-making
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across operations, marketing, product, analytics, and customer-facing teams
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
