Senior Manager, People Systems

Dataiku is seeking a Senior Manager, People Systems to lead the People Systems team, oversee Workday, Greenhouse, and ancillary systems, execute HRIS strategy, and support systems-related inquiries and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in People Team leadership meetings and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Lead evaluation, design, configuration, testing, validation, and implementation of Workday and ancillary system functionality.
• Gather requirements from People, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Maintain Workday platform integrity and technical architecture integrations.
• Create and maintain systems documentation, procedures, processes, and user guides.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts and align objectives with company strategy.
• Implement HRIS best practices and identify business-process automation opportunities.
• Implement public-company-ready ITGCs and business-process controls within People Systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience, including business process framework, security, and system administration.
• 3+ years leading an HRIS team.
• Expertise in at least three additional Workday functional areas such as Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, or Payroll.
• Mastery of Workday report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex cross-functional processes and creating clear documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead system implementation and enhancement projects.
• Ability to evaluate vendors and products for meaningful organizational ROI, particularly related to GenAI.
