Senior Manager Planning

Providing strategic planning (urban, town, regional) advice across multiple districts.
Coordinate with project leads and teams to support design evolution and project development.
Researching and designing planning policies to guide development.
Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the planning process.
Monitor the progress of approval processes and resolve delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban, Spatial, Regional and Town Planning - mandatory. (Master's degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in Urban, Spatial, Regional and Town Planning.
• Partnerships development and activation planning.
• High resilience, ownership mindset, and delivery orientation.
