Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Consult Procurement’s negotiators to prepare large-scale project awards and annual price negotiations employing innovative methodologies such as game theory
• Drive large-scale negotiation events (“negotiation weeks”)
• Develop frameworks and materials for negotiation preparation
• Create and conduct negotiation trainings
• Enable Procurement to further roll out monetarized comparisons of suppliers ("monetarized total-cost-of-ownership”)
• Prepare negotiation results for reporting

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration, or similar field
• At least 5 years of working experience in procurement and/or consulting with a focus on procurement
• Extensive negotiation experience in large-scale projects covering negotiations with a diverse range of boundary conditions.
• Negotiation experience gained across several companies/positions is an advantage
• Knowledge of game theory and extensive experience in conducting game theory–based negotiations
• Experience in conducting large-scale negotiation events, “negotiation weeks,” is an advantage
• Experience in conducting (negotiation) trainings
• Very good analytical skills, project management skills, and communication skills
• A solution-oriented and service-oriented mindset
• Fluent English language skills
