Senior Manager, Travel Programs
Own and improve Crusoe's global travel program, including the Navan platform, vendor relationships, policy governance, employee travel experience, cross-functional coordination, reporting, process improvement, training, documentation, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Own the Navan platform configuration and optimization
- Coordinate Navan changes with IT Systems
- Manage policy exceptions and accommodation requests
- Manage the Navan vendor relationship
- Escalate contract, pricing, and SLA issues to Procurement
- Lead monthly program reviews
- Report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings
- Implement scalable travel program processes
- Manage Navan training and WorkRamp completion
- Analyze employee satisfaction metrics
- Maintain travel documentation, FAQs, and communications
- Answer travel policy questions
Requirements
- 8+ years of corporate travel program management experience
- Hands-on experience managing Navan or a comparable corporate travel platform
- Strong vendor management skills
- Experience collaborating with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement
- Ability to analyze and present spend and compliance data
- Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Experience with policy exception and accommodation review processes
