Senior Manager
- Oversee the operation requirement for all company's marine assets not limiting to crew deployment, stevedoring, ship supplies.
- To Support business growth of Batam and Bintan Services, including freight and vessel chartering businesses.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, terminal operators, port authorities, agents and partners.
- Preparation of operation related budgets, analysing performance variances and execute corrective actions.
- Responsible for vessel charters for projects/breakbulk cargoes.
- Create and executive efficient operations and documentation processes for ship management including dry docking and maintenance of all marine assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in marine logistics/breakbulk.
- Minimum diploma in logistics or any related discipline
- An independent individual who can outperform KPI set by the management
- Open to travel to shipyards
