Senior Marketing Designer
Own the visual execution of Skeps’ brand across sales materials, web experiences, campaigns, and other touchpoints. Translate complex financial concepts into clear visuals, create enterprise collateral and web designs, develop motion graphics and iconography, maintain design systems, and partner with developers on implementation handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Create enterprise pitch decks, RFPs, proposals, executive-facing materials, one-pagers, case studies, and vertical-specific collateral.
- Design high-converting web pages, landing pages, and site sections in Figma.
- Create wireframes and mockups using UX/UI best practices.
- Optimize layout, hierarchy, and messaging for conversion.
- Partner with developers on design handoff and implementation.
- Translate complex fintech concepts into clean, intuitive visuals.
- Build diagrams, frameworks, and reusable design systems.
- Maintain consistency across brand touchpoints.
- Create lightweight motion graphics and animations for product storytelling, social content, and website enhancements.
- Develop custom iconography and visual elements.
- Design LinkedIn graphics and campaign assets.
- Support launches, announcements, PR visuals, and brand evolution.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of marketing or brand design experience.
- Experience in B2B, fintech, or SaaS design.
- Experience with brand systems and designing for multiple verticals or industries.
- Portfolio demonstrating enterprise sales collateral, B2B pitch decks, RFPs, digital assets, and social media graphics.
- Familiarity with UX/UI wireframing and modern web design best practices.
- Data visualization skills and ability to translate complex concepts into visual materials.
- Experience with motion design and video or animation tools such as After Effects and Lottie.
- Ability to create custom iconography and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Ability to work strategically in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
