About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking an experienced (Senior) Marketing Manager with strong PR communications and event experience to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the brand's public relations and event marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to enhance the company's brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and drive customer traffic to our various locations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive PR and event marketing strategies to support the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage and execute all aspects of the company's event portfolio, including conceptualization, planning, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, secure, and manage partnerships for events and PR opportunities.
Create engaging content and materials for PR campaigns and event promotion, including press releases, media kits, and digital assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure favourable media coverage and brand exposure.
Monitor and analyze the performance of PR and event initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the company's marketing efforts.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing and event specialists to ensure efficient and successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
8 years or above of experience in PR, event management, or integrated marketing in the retail, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing and event professionals.
