Role Summary:
The Senior Marketing Manager SEA will be in a dynamic regional team to build and grow strategic partners of DFI Health & Beauty. The role will be responsible for leading a team to develop and implement brand marketing and communications strategies for our brand partners. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, collaborative and has experience building supplements and/ or skincare brands in the Southeast-Asia market, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with DFI Health & Beauty’s strategic partners across Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, to shape regional and local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, conversion, and customer loyalty
· Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives
· Lead the implementation of 360-degree brand marketing plans and accelerate local market adoption of partner brands
· Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to support commercial priorities and deliver business outcomes
· Manage marketing agency partners to deliver against brand marketing objectives with creativity, consistency, and measurable impact
· Oversee participation in events, roadshows, and other on-ground activations to strengthen brand visibility, deepen consumer engagement, and expand outreach
· Develop compelling in-store brand expressions in partnership with brand principals and the Store Design team
· Design consumer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives with brand partners to build long-term affinity, retention, and advocacy
· Support Sales and Operations in developing compelling online offers, enhancing product visibility, and improving the digital customer experience
Experience:
· 10+ years in brand marketing, ideally in an agency, startup or supplements or beauty brands
· Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing strategies across Southeast Asia, ideally with exposure to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
· Strong track record in building brands from early-stage growth to scale, including brand positioning, launch planning, consumer engagement, and go-to-market execution
· Experience managing 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, retail, events, and in-store activation channels
· Prior experience working with brand principals, agencies, commercial teams, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
· Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail marketing, and omnichannel customer journeys in Southeast Asian markets
· Experience managing marketing budgets, agency partners, campaign performance, and ROI measurement.
· People management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a small regional team
· Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a startup, agency, brand owner, or fast-paced regional commercial environment preferred
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across markets and seniority levels
