Senior Marketing Manager
Own market intelligence, consumer insights, sponsorships, and brand partnerships in Côte d’Ivoire. Lead research initiatives, synthesize data into recommendations, manage research suppliers, negotiate sponsorships, measure partnership impact, and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the market intelligence agenda for Côte d’Ivoire
- Design and manage consumer research initiatives
- Synthesize data into structured marketing recommendations
- Track consumer trends, market shifts, and business dynamics
- Extract and analyze marketing data using BI tools and dashboards
- Write research briefs and manage external research suppliers
- Develop and execute the Côte d’Ivoire sponsorship strategy
- Identify sponsorship properties and lead negotiations and contract management
- Maximize sponsorship visibility and on-ground activation
- Build and manage brand partnership portfolios
- Track sponsorship and partnership performance and ROI
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- At least 8+ years of relevant marketing experience spanning analytical and strategic work
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Experience designing and managing market research initiatives
- Experience managing sponsorship or brand partnership portfolios
- Understanding of ATL and BTL sponsorship value
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working with external agencies and research suppliers
- Fluency in French and English
