Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive analysis activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (mandatory).
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
