Senior ML/AI Modeler, Risk Automation Machine Learning

Experiment with and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems, own end-to-end ML systems, build transformer-based models using diverse risk data, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy and monitor production systems.

Responsibilities

• Experiment and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems at scale.
• Own end-to-end systems including data APIs, prompt tuning, orchestration, evaluation, productionization, and monitoring.
• Build transformer-based ML models using payment transactions, connected users, asset graphs, text data, and user profiles.
• Collaborate with product, platform, engineering, and operations stakeholders to deploy and tune production systems.
• Use Python, LLMs, PyTorch, Snowflake, Airflow, data platforms, GCP, and AWS.
• Use agentic tools to accelerate research, development, DevOps, and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of machine learning modeling experience; full-stack ML experience strongly preferred.
• Master's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of AI engineering and large language model experience; traditional NLP experience is a strong plus.
• End-to-end experience building and deploying performant ML/AI systems at scale in batch and real time.
• Experience independently owning and driving high-impact programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Curious, growth-oriented mindset and ability to apply first-principles thinking.
