Senior .NET Developer (EL1 equivalent) for a government research agency in Canberra, leading architecture and design of a Research Management System and developing integrations with PID providers like ORCID and DataCite, including DOI minting workflows.
Salary: $130.00 - $150.00 p/hr inc. Super + weekly pays

Our client, a dynamic government agency dedicated to fostering research excellence and innovation, require the services of a Senior .NET Developer (EL1 equivalent).
Responsibilities of the Senior .NET Developer:
- Lead architecture, design and implementation activities for the existing Research Management System and associated business systems;
- Develop solution designs supporting grant lifecycle management, assessment processes and research administration functions;
- Design and support enterprise PID infrastructure and integration services in support of the es PID Action Plan and related research data reform activities;
- Lead implementation and support of DOI minting workflows and services;
- Develop and maintain integrations with ORCID, DataCite and other PID providers.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience leading of business analysis and project management for complex ICT-enabled business transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to quickly build productive relationships, influence stakeholders and manage sensitive issues with discretion;
- Experience and understanding of working with system code;
- Strategic thinking and the ability to design practical, scalable and impactful business and technical improvement tools and processes.
