Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant
Anchor an end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, bridging finance operations and the business through workflow design, data migration, integrations, requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live optimization.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation from discovery through go-live and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and translate business requirements into functional NetSuite specifications.
- Design and deploy automated global accounting workflows for a digital asset ecosystem.
- Build data pipelines and integrations between NetSuite and core infrastructure to automate accounting entries and ledger synchronization.
- Lead historical data migration from legacy environments while maintaining data integrity and financial controls.
- Own UAT planning and execution, including test plans, test cases, timelines, and business-user guidance.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations in fintech, startups, or high-volume transaction environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite financial modules, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience integrating third-party tools, APIs, or middleware with NetSuite.
- Strong data cleansing, migration mapping, and UAT planning and testing skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously with strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance operations, and reporting requirements.
