Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch stakeholders and distribution partners to drive business growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned portfolio to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure effective implementation of consumer banking products and services
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and business developments
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and compliance to support branch initiatives
• Provide coaching and support to branch staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies across all branch operations
• Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance professional capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in relevant banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of consumer banking products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required
