Senior Officer (Sales & Marketing) - Property Development

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies for residential projects; execute marketing plan and lead production of marketing materials, by supervising and working closely with business partners and vendors.
• Assist in formulating sales strategies for residential projects; manage sales operation (sales office; show flats), and administer relevant legal documents.
• Govern the accuracy of sales and marketing literatures and materials, under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Compile regular research reports for senior management, including market updates (sales in public and private housing markets) and government policies, etc.- both quantitative and qualitative.
• Supervise a team of staff to ensure a smooth operation of flat handover, defects rectification follow up works; and to handle enquiries and complaints.
  
  

The Person

• Degree or Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience; proven track record in Real Estate Developers is a plus.
• Highly dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Eager to learn with proactive attitude.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Passionate in residential Real Estate; Sense of business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
• Willing to work on weekend / public holiday when necessary.
