Senior Operations and Liquidity Manager

Own and drive internal operational workflows, including liquidity management, recruitment support, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination. Manage deposits and withdrawals, maintain investment performance dashboards, lead liquidity operations, supervise support agents, support commission reporting, and handle ad hoc business operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and verify manual wire deposits
• Oversee fiat withdrawal execution via BCB
• Oversee crypto withdrawal execution via Fireblocks
• Maintain and update investment strategy performance dashboards
• Lead liquidity operations, including rebalancing and settlement
• Supervise support agents
• Review support communications for tone, accuracy, and completeness
• Support sales commission reporting and distribution
• Provide ad hoc business operations support
• Coordinate products, documentation, and report gathering
