URGENT HIRING – Assistant Operations Manager / Senior Operations Executive (Cleaning Services)

💰 Salary: up to S$4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Assistant Operations Manager / Senior Operations Executive to support and oversee daily operations across multiple cleaning sites. The successful candidate will lead manpower deployment, ensure service excellence, maintain client satisfaction, and drive operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned sites
- Lead, supervise, and develop site supervisors and frontline cleaning teams
- Ensure contractual KPIs, service standards, and operational requirements are achieved
- Plan and optimise manpower deployment, attendance, and work schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and service recovery actions
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address operational matters promptly
- Manage incident reporting, escalation, and corrective actions
- Support mobilisation of new contracts and operational implementation
- Monitor productivity, operational costs, and resource utilisation
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience in the cleaning industry
- Experience managing multiple sites and frontline workforce
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of cleaning operations, service delivery, and manpower planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and respond to operational requirements when needed
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in commercial, institutional, or integrated facilities environments
- Familiarity with WSQ training, workplace safety, and operational compliance
- Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
