Senior Operations Manager
Work with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies, optimize Product, Compliance, Customer Support, and Growth operations, interpret data, coordinate cross-functional projects, apply local user-behavior and regulatory expertise, develop processes, meet deadlines, and use AI tools to streamline work.

- Coordinate multiple cross-functional projects
- Apply expertise in local user behavior and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Process development and implementation
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience
- Deadline management

- Critical thinking
- Communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience using AI tools
- Experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech, or regulated-industry startup is preferred
- Experience in a multinational or matrix environment is preferred
- Interest in crypto or trading is preferred
