Senior Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business and financial success of the restaurant operation by applying controls that include food, labour and misc cost
• Prepare restaurant schedules and ensure it generates productivity, keeping under the given budget
• Ensure all operational work in the outlet is in compliance with the SOP
• Inventory control - ordering and stocktake
• Submission of weekly and monthly reports in relation to the restaurant performance
• Other ad hoc operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Have relevant experience in handling single or multiple outlets
• Able to Work Shifts / Weekends / Public Holidays
• Basic skill in excel, words and PowerPoint
• Eager to growth himself/herself for bigger roles in the company.
