Innovation & Product Development is a strategic domain at Arla, supporting how new products are developed, refined and brought to market. The area spans business capabilities, digital platforms, integrations, data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that support scientists, product developers and business teams throughout the innovation lifecycle.

How you will make an impact
You will be responsible for defining and driving the architectural direction across Arla's Innovation & Product Development landscape. Working closely with product leadership, business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will help shape technology roadmaps, guide architectural decisions and ensure solutions evolve in support of business goals.

You will act as the architectural anchor for the domain, supporting business leaders, product leadership and technical teams at strategic, tactical and operational levels. Your key responsibilities include

• Own and evolve the architectural vision across the Innovation & Product Development domain
• Lead the architectural direction of the digital innovation platform and support its adoption across the organization
• Define architecture principles, roadmaps and technology direction that support innovation from idea to industrialization
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product leadership and engineering teams
• Drive architecture decisions across applications, integrations, information models, data and AI-enabled capabilities
• Ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with long-term business objectives
• Coach and guide teams in architectural thinking, technology choices and solution design
• Drive alignment across Innovation, Product Development and Enterprise Technology teams

What will make you successful
You are a senior architect who thrives in complex enterprise environments. You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and are comfortable navigating between business priorities, technology decisions and delivery realities. We imagine the ideal candidate brings

• Experience as a Product Architect, Solution Architect or similar role in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong architecture experience across applications, integrations and business capabilities
• Experience shaping technology strategy, roadmaps and architectural direction
• Deep understanding of modern application and integration landscapes
• The ability to influence stakeholders and guide decisions across business, product and technology teams
• Experience leading architectural discussions and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
• A track record of translating business needs into scalable technology outcomes
• Most importantly, you understand how architecture creates business value.
