Senior Product Designer
Design and refine trading experiences across consumer and B2B products, own web design direction, create high-quality UI and interactive prototypes, use motion and lightweight user research, and partner with engineering through build and QA to ship polished work.
Responsibilities
- Design new features and refine the core trading experience across Matcha and the 0x Dashboard
- Own 0x.org design direction and partner with marketing to shape and ship web experiences
- Turn product goals into clear, usable interfaces that improve speed, clarity, and trust
- Create high-quality UI and interactive prototypes and use motion to test ideas
- Partner closely with engineering through build and QA to ship pixel-perfect work
- Use lightweight user research to uncover friction and validate direction
- Evolve the 0x and Matcha visual language across product and brand touchpoints
- Improve team workflows using AI and emerging tools to speed iteration and raise quality
Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience with a track record of shipping successful products
- Portfolio showing strong UX, high craft UI, and interaction design skills
- Experience designing high-stakes user flows where clarity and trust matter, such as trading, payments, or transfers
- Fluent in Figma and prototyping
- Strong product thinking with the ability to prioritize, define constraints, and make tradeoffs
- Experience working end-to-end from discovery through QA and partnering with product and engineering
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites
