Senior Product Designer
Own product user experiences from ideation and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. Translate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive interfaces, shape product direction with engineers, founders, and users, maintain design standards, incorporate research and feedback, and own the product brand.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience for products
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with engineers, founders, and users on product direction and interaction models
- Translate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive interfaces
- Establish and maintain design standards across products
- Use feedback, user research, and usage data to iterate
- Own the company and product brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing trading products
- Portfolio demonstrating solutions to complex interaction and data challenges
- Strong visual and interaction design attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand implementation constraints
- High ownership and fast, informed decision-making
- Passion for decentralized finance and building in the open
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 design patterns and user behaviors
- Exposure to Solana or similar blockchain ecosystems
