Senior Product Designer (only Vinnytsia)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead complex product challenges from discovery to delivery and create exceptional digital experiences for enterprise users.
You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams, taking ownership of the design quality across the product — from visual and interaction design to scalable design systems and polished experiences.

What You'll Do
Own the visual and interaction design quality within one or more product pods, small cross-functional teams of Product, Design, and Engineering focused on solving customer problems together.
Design polished user interfaces from concept to production.
Create intuitive interactions, micro-interactions, and delightful product experiences.
Transform complex product requirements into elegant, scalable interfaces.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development process.
Contribute to and evolve the design system.
Work in AI-first product development workflows.
Improve design quality, consistency, and team workflows.

Requirements
5+ years of Product Design experience.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI, visual design, interaction design, and design systems.
Excellent typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, color, and attention to detail.
Experience designing modern SaaS products.
Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools as part of the design process.
A builder mindset with high ownership, creativity, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Fluent English.

Experience creating animations and micro-interactions.
Experience with advanced prototyping.
Experience working closely with frontend teams.
Familiarity with frontend technologies.
Experience with AI development and design tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
