Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition through final delivery. Research and validate user pain points, translate product and business requirements into intuitive solutions, design high-quality web and mobile experiences, create pixel-perfect interfaces, evolve a scalable design system, produce print materials, collaborate across teams, maintain brand consistency, and conduct design QA.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery
• Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing
• Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
• Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile
• Create pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy
• Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system
• Design and produce print materials such as brochures and event assets
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams
• Ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints
• Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI
• Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences
• Expertise in UX thinking, user flows, and problem-solving
• High level of UI craft and visual execution
• Strong experience working with and scaling design systems
• Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience with Web3 or crypto is nice to have
• Experience with motion design and video creation is nice to have
• Experience with illustration or custom visual asset creation is nice to have
• Basic understanding of front-end development is nice to have
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is nice to have
