Senior Product Designer
Lead the design direction for major product initiatives from early problem framing through shipping. Own product surfaces end to end, partner with engineering, product, and research, evolve design patterns and principles, prototype and validate designs, deliver production-ready work using AI-assisted tools, provide critique, and apply AI, machine learning, and conversational interfaces to product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design direction across major product initiatives from problem framing through shipping
- Own product surfaces across the full product development cycle
- Partner with and influence engineering, product, and research
- Establish and evolve design patterns and principles
- Prototype, validate designs with users, and ship production-ready work using AI-assisted tools
- Lead design critiques and provide feedback that sharpens thinking and execution
- Resolve complex, ambiguous problems across functional boundaries
- Apply AI, machine learning, and conversational interfaces in useful ways
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX or product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, attention to detail, and strategic impact
- Strong UX judgment across flows, states, edge cases, and systems thinking
- Track record of leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight
- Ability or willingness to bring designs to life with AI-assisted tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence product direction
- Updated design portfolio included on the resume
