Senior Product Manager
Own meaningful product areas end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, while working with founders, engineers, designers, and operators to build financial products. Use user data, customer interviews, market insights, and success metrics to guide decisions, lead partnerships with external providers, and help shape ARQ's product management processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a product area from idea to feature.
- Drive product execution alongside engineers, designers, and operators.
- Understand users through data, customer interviews, and market insights.
- Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and validate decisions.
- Lead partnerships with banks, processors, and data vendors.
- Contribute to ARQ's product management processes as the team scales AI.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product management or product ownership experience with a track record of shipping impactful products.
- Strong data instincts and experience defining and using metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated consumer products is a nice-to-have.
- Experience building or scaling financial products in Latin America is a nice-to-have.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a nice-to-have.
- High-growth startup experience is a nice-to-have.
