Senior Product Manager

Lead the development of core product features across the lifecycle, from vision to execution, while collaborating with R&D, go-to-market teams, customers, and stakeholders in the blockchain security space.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of key product features
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
• Drive consensus and communication among stakeholders
• Prioritize product initiatives and ensure timely delivery
• Stay informed about blockchain technologies and security challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or Blockchain/Web3
• Ability to understand and engage with technological fundamentals
• Experience collaborating with R&D on technical requirements, architecture, and feasibility
• Track record of leading features from concept to launch with measurable business impact
• Ability to gather and prioritize customer feedback
• Cross-functional experience with R&D, marketing, and sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
