Senior Product Manager - Blockchain

Own Rain's onchain product surface across smart contracts, chains, assets, settlement, payments, treasury flows, and infrastructure. Partner with engineering, security, compliance, legal, and institutional customers to guide protocol decisions, improve product adoption, and deliver secure, scalable blockchain products.

Responsibilities

• Own the onchain product roadmap across smart contracts, chain and asset coverage, settlement, and payments.
• Partner with engineering on protocol and infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Decide which chains, assets, and stablecoins Rain supports.
• Build product decision frameworks across liquidity, security, cost, partner demand, compliance, and regulatory exposure.
• Drive audits, monitoring, incident response, and operational guardrails.
• Translate blockchain infrastructure into product surfaces and partner-facing documentation.
• Gather and prioritize partner feedback.
• Measure adoption and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of product management experience.
• Track record of shipping products from zero to one through scale.
• Hands-on blockchain fluency, including EVM and Solana mechanics.
• Knowledge of smart contract design, upgrade patterns, gas economics, bridging models, and onchain tradeoffs.
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor.
• Ability to operate autonomously and own outcomes.
• Knowledge of onchain security and risk.
• Technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, payments, and ledger design.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to ship quickly, measure adoption, and iterate.
• Experience with stablecoin issuance, onchain lending, collateralized credit, or tokenized assets.
• Background at a protocol, L1, L2, wallet, custodian, or onchain infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with Solana, Tron, Bitcoin L2s, and multichain operations.
• Experience with payments, card issuing, or cross-border fintech products.
• Knowledge of digital asset and custody regulation.
• Startup or hypergrowth experience.
