Senior Product Manager (Card Issuing)

Responsible for planning and iterating global Visa and Mastercard card issuing products, launching products from 0 to 1, coordinating partnership projects, optimizing product experience and business processes, and owning product performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and iterate global Visa and Mastercard card issuing products.
• Lead end-to-end product launches from requirement analysis through go-to-market execution.
• Coordinate with banks, card networks, issuing service providers, and financial institutions on partnership projects.
• Optimize product experience and business processes using operational data, transaction data, and user feedback.
• Own product performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.
• 5+ years of product experience in internet or financial services.
• Experience related to Visa or Mastercard card issuing; overseas or cross-border issuing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with banks, card networks, and card issuing service providers.
• Experience driving external partnerships.
• Strong cross-border communication and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, data-driven, and adaptable.
