Senior Product Manager - Cards Acquiring

You will own the strategy and roadmap for critical parts of Adyen's global card acquiring platform. You will build scalable capabilities that improve authorization and merchant conversion, partner with payment networks, translate scheme requirements into platform features, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor product managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for global acquiring.
• Build scalable acquiring capabilities that improve payment performance and authorization rates.
• Maximize merchant conversion and platform scalability.
• Partner with global payment networks to influence roadmaps, implement capabilities, and ensure compliance.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, partnerships, commercial, compliance, operations, and product.
• Translate scheme requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Use data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Lead product decisions through influence across multiple organizations.
• Mentor other product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building complex software products at scale.
• Payments or fintech domain knowledge; card acquiring knowledge preferred.
• Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Ability to simplify technical payment infrastructure into product strategies and business outcomes.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influence skills.
