(Senior) Product Manager, DEX Institution Trading
Define the vision, roadmap, and API experience for a decentralized exchange institution trading product. Research markets, prioritize requirements, create product specifications and documentation, coordinate delivery with engineering, design, and quality assurance, monitor API performance and scalability, and engage developers, partners, and the DeFi community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify new DEX API opportunities and use cases
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate user and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and API documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to deliver API features
- Oversee API performance, reliability, and scalability
- Advocate for DEX API developers and gather feedback
- Create documentation, tutorials, SDKs, and integration resources
- Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with API products, trading systems, or financial technology
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, and decentralized exchanges
- Experience defining and launching API products
- Knowledge of REST and WebSocket API standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
- English fluency
