Senior Product Manager, Enterprise
Lead the ongoing development and adoption of Blockstream Enterprise, translating product vision into an actionable roadmap, aligning technical decisions with product goals, driving execution, conducting customer and market research, and owning product requirements and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Translate vision into an actionable roadmap and own the product narrative
- Engage with engineering in technical conversations and align engineering work to product goals
- Lead project execution, resolve roadblocks, coordinate teammates, and communicate goals and status
- Identify product opportunities and translate them into milestones and artefacts
- Support continuous discovery, market and customer research, and regulatory and market monitoring
- Conduct customer discovery workshops and translate insights into product signals
- Drive product requirements, documentation, and cross-functional workstreams
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data to validate product assumptions and feature requests
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in a regulated environment
- Understanding of blockchain technology, crypto custody best practices, and tokenization
- Exceptional communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts
- Comfort with the pace and scrappiness of a growing startup
- Prior Bitcoin product experience preferred
- Enterprise-focused crypto product and TradFi adoption experience preferred
- Deep understanding of traditional financial systems and products preferred
- Knowledge of commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage, and asset management preferred
- Prior Liquid knowledge preferred
- Russian and Ukrainian language skills are a plus
