Senior Product Manager, Financial Institutions
Own the compliance and AML product roadmap for financial institutions, translating customer insights into requirements, prototyping with designers, shipping AI-powered features, and driving products from discovery through launch.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the compliance and AML suite serving financial institutions.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements through hands-on prototyping and collaboration with designers.
- Ship AI-powered features and workflows.
- Lead product demos and scoping calls and convert customer feedback into roadmap opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales to deliver rapid, high-quality releases.
- Ensure solutions scale to regulatory requirements and drive ARR growth.
- Own post-launch adoption and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Led at least two complete product cycles from specification to launch in complex enterprise domains.
- Experience building or shipping AI-powered products or workflows in an AI-native workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products in days and provide concrete examples.
- Strong customer discovery, product judgment, ownership, and bias for action.
- Direct customer relationship experience and ability to build AI agents as part of daily work.
