Senior Product Manager

Own and prioritize the product roadmap for Card, Rewards, Payments, and BBPS. Navigate India's payments and compliance landscape, balance user experience with regulatory requirements, define success metrics, and work with engineering, design, and operations to ship and iterate fintech products. The role is onsite in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Card, Rewards, Payments, and BBPS.
• Make trade-offs between compliance, user experience, and business goals.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to ship features.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for them.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management.
• At least 3 years in Indian fintech, such as payments, lending, neobanks, or trading apps.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing fintech products.
• Deep understanding of UPI, IMPS, card networks, KYC, AML, and RBI regulations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; the role is onsite.
• Crypto understanding is nice to have but not required.
