We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of the driver experience and vehicle standardisation for our premium and branded fleets (Comfort, Business, and high-tier categories). In this role, you will define product strategy, refine driver-facing onboarding and compliance flows, and set the quality benchmark that earns rider trust and elevates our brand.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for car branding and premium classes (Comfort, Business, and other high-tier categories), aligning with overall Drivers Team and company goals.
- Define and maintain vehicle and driver eligibility criteria, quality standards, and branding requirements for each premium class.
- Design and improve the driver-facing flows for class enrollment, vehicle verification, and branding compliance (e.g., stickers, decals, in-car kits).
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to monitor class compliance, handle exceptions, and continuously raise the bar on vehicle and service standards.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to ship features that improve driver onboarding into premium classes and rider trust in class quality.
- 3+ years of of product management experience.
- Expertise in breaking down goals into metrics and hypotheses with the ability to formulate and select the right metrics for decision-making.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights, avoiding analytical paralysis.
- Strong sense of responsibility and moderate perfectionism, ensuring high-quality product design and functionality.
- Ability to think strategically, aligning product decisions with business goals and creating cohesive narratives to justify product focus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively negotiate.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product management tools, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+), Russian is a plus.
