Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product discovery, user research, roadmap planning, and product execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, translate insights into product requirements, and drive the development of impactful digital solutions. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Define product requirements and manage the product roadmap.
• Create and validate prototypes and user experiences before development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Work with operational teams to integrate new features and improve workflows.
• Drive product decisions using user feedback, business goals, and data insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong experience building products from concept to launch.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with modern product development practices, prototyping tools, and emerging technologies including AI.
