Senior Product Manager or Director Product Management

Lead product strategy and execution for TBCASoft's blockchain-based payment platforms, translating roadmaps into requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and aligning cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the global platform roadmap.
• Distill the roadmap into product requirements and prioritize the backlog.
• Provide product vision to scrum teams and execute business and engineering milestones.
• Communicate strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and development teams.
• Align engineering, architecture, partners, and professional services throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• At least 2–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Product management experience in fintech payments and blockchain.
• Experience with platform, backend, or full-stack software engineering.
• Experience with payment processing architecture, design, and implementation.
• Experience processing large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with modern web frameworks and REST APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or MBA preferred.
