Senior Product Manager - Payments
You will build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond by integrating with payment providers and banks. You will productize payments solutions including ewallet, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat offerings for external partners. You will work with Engineering and Design to optimize payment journeys and backend automation for processing, settlement, and reconciliation, own operational metrics, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with payment providers and banks.
- Productize ewallet, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat solutions for external partners.
- Work with Engineering and Design to optimize payment journeys and backend automation for order processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Own operational metrics such as payment conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Bancnet, PCHC, and other stakeholders to scale the business and manage operational efficiency.
- Assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech, and payments landscape.
- Bachelor's degree or above; STEM, business, finance, or economics majors preferred.
- Experience building end-to-end payment rails for technology platforms, including provider integrations, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and external partners.
