Senior Product Manager

Own the Republic Wallet product strategy and execution at the intersection of investing fintech and Web3, including tokenized assets, onboarding, trading, mobile experiences, security, compliance, and ecosystem integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Republic Wallet.
• Align product initiatives with business objectives and long-term platform growth.
• Prioritize wallet features, ecosystem integrations, and new blockchain opportunities.
• Optimize onboarding, asset management, trading, and portfolio experiences.
• Own wallet activation, engagement, retention, and loyalty onboarding.
• Lead embedded INX and DEX trading product work and onchain asset discovery.
• Partner with engineering on security, authentication, and scalability.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on US, EU, and UK regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure partners including Zero Hash and BitGo Trust Company.
• Evaluate blockchain integrations and support RWA minting, sponsored gas, and tokenization integrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in wallet, payments, fintech, or Web3 products.
• Proven cross-functional experience with engineering, design, legal, and business teams.
• Experience with mobile product development across iOS and Android and with web applications.
• Strong user research and data analysis skills, including qualitative studies and quantitative dashboards.
• Excellent written communication skills, including PRDs, user stories, flow diagrams, and stakeholder documentation.
• Experience with wallets, digital asset products, or multi-chain infrastructure is preferred.
• Familiarity with tokenized securities, RWAs, or regulated financial products is preferred.
• Experience working with legal and compliance teams in regulated environments is preferred.
• Background in fintech, crypto exchange, brokerage, or investment platforms is preferred.
• Experience managing third-party infrastructure partners and vendors is preferred.
