Senior Product Manager - Risk

Own the Risk platform roadmap and product strategy while scaling existing systems and developing new products. Translate risk, mathematical, and finance concepts into technical requirements, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, use SQL for analysis and dashboards, monitor portfolio Greeks, and integrate new products into the risk framework.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk roadmap and product vision.
• Scale existing systems and create new 0-to-1 features.
• Write specifications, PRDs, and business statements.
• Translate risk, mathematical, and finance concepts into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and Risk and Product stakeholders.
• Use SQL to query data, manipulate datasets, and build dashboards.
• Monitor portfolio Greeks and establish views for risk and portfolio managers.
• Integrate new order types, asset classes, and OTC derivatives into the risk framework.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Core product management experience in trading, crypto, technology, fintech, or financial services.
• 2–5 years of direct risk experience.
• Deep understanding of derivatives, structured products, OTC, TRS, risk limits, and portfolio Greeks.
• Technical understanding of APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Professional or active personal trading experience.
• Deep understanding of trading market structures.
• Experience building institutional-grade trading tools and services.
• Experience writing specifications and creating product roadmaps.
