Senior Product Manager – Senior Consultant

Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand the problem space and define problem statements.
Develop product strategy, hypotheses and initiatives to drive measurable outcomes.
Prepare proposals to support resource allocation and secure funding.
Define product success measures and monitor progress through dashboards.
Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of key goals.
Work closely with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release digital products.
Measure product outcomes and continuously iterate to improve performance.
Engage and support users to drive product adoption.

Proven track record of driving business and product outcomes.
Strong end-to-end Product Management experience from problem definition/discovery through release and continuous improvement.
Experience working closely with design and engineering teams to build digital products.
Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and Agile delivery experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Balsamiq.
Government/public-sector experience.
Degree/diploma in Computer Science or Product Management-related field.
Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional.
