Senior Product Manager, Tokenization
This role leads the development and execution of tokenization strategy for money market funds, equities, and real-world assets. It bridges traditional market infrastructure with digital assets while coordinating with executives, regulators, and technical teams to deliver institutional-grade, compliant solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product vision for tokenized offerings and asset lifecycle management.
- Specify requirements for operator interfaces, APIs, asset operations, and multi-organizational approval workflows.
- Manage corporate-action automation through smart contracts, including dividends, stock splits, proxy voting, and revaluation.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap while securing stakeholder and partner buy-in.
- Develop use cases, product requirements, and prototypes with Engineering.
- Support Marketing with customer-focused messaging and launch content.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations on reliable, scalable, regulatory-aligned products.
- Develop strategies to make tokenized assets composable within DeFi.
- Analyze the global tokenization landscape and competitive dynamics to identify product advantages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, including at least 3 years focused on blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ERC-20, Token 2022, smart contract patterns, and compliance-aware protocols with transfer restrictions.
- Proficiency with AI and LLMs and a functional understanding of how they work and apply to the role.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical and regulatory concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, real-world asset tokenization, and digital securities issuance.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to stay current on digital assets and AI.
