Senior Product Manager Web3
Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Bitpanda’s non-custodial Vision Wallet, balancing usability, security, regulatory awareness, and Web3 accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Bitpanda Vision Wallet.
- Lead development of onboarding, wallet creation and recovery, asset management, transaction flows, and Web3 integrations.
- Translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, trustworthy user experiences.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
- Define product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, launch plans, and go-to-market inputs.
Requirements
- Extensive product management experience in crypto, fintech, wallets, and consumer trading applications.
- Deep familiarity with EVM chains, Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, bridges, staking, and self-custody tools.
- Ability to manage trade-offs between user experience, security, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility.
- Track record of partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver sophisticated technical products.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
