Senior Product Marketing Manager - B2C
Serve as the strategic architect for Ledger's consumer ecosystem by connecting hardware and wallet products, defining audiences and value propositions, orchestrating integrated campaigns, and guiding cross-functional go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and user personas.
- Champion the narrative connecting Ledger hardware and digital services.
- Develop strategic briefs and guardrails for creative and channel teams.
- Establish market narratives with ecosystem partners, influencers, and associations.
- Create marketing collateral including website content, product videos, and case studies.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products, features, and updates.
- Manage creative briefs, launch milestones, and go-to-market playbooks.
- Connect Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Regional Marketing.
- Design customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle frameworks.
- Synthesize market research and competitor analysis.
- Build AI workflows for market intelligence and strategic opportunities.
- Define launch KPIs and partner with analytics teams to optimize ROI.
- Monitor crypto industry trends and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- Strong consumer product or integrated marketing experience.
- Experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or hardware with apps.
- Ability to build go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans from scratch.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management.
- Strong influencing and project management skills, including Asana or Jira.
- Comfort using AI tools for strategic workflows and market insights.
- Excellent presentation skills translating complex concepts into consumer marketing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation.
- Remote or distributed team experience is a plus.
