Senior Product Owner – Xsolla Money Account

Lead critical parts of the Xsolla Money Account roadmap and execution, shaping embedded financial infrastructure for gamers, creators, and developers. Partner with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, customer support, and external financial-services partners to deliver scalable products from concept through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap.
• Expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities.
• Translate product strategy into clear PRDs and actionable requirements.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and engineering teams on delivery.
• Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and support.
• Work with wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
• Evaluate vendors, platforms, and capabilities supporting the roadmap.
• Define and monitor product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
• Use data, user feedback, and partner insights to improve products.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional fintech products from concept to launch.
• Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
• Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineering teams and APIs.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements and execution plans.
• Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
• Data-informed decision-making skills.
• Collaborative, humble, solutions-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with fraud, risk, chargebacks, or compliance is a plus.
• Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms is a plus.
