Senior Product Owner – Xsolla Money Account

Own critical parts of the Xsolla Money Account roadmap and execution, shaping scalable embedded financial infrastructure for the gaming economy through cross-functional collaboration and external partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities.
  • Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and partner constraints.
  • Translate product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive user experiences.
  • Manage scope, priorities, and delivery with engineering teams using Jira and Confluence.
  • Drive features from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Communicate goals, tradeoffs, and timelines to maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Support internal enablement for new features and operational impacts.
  • Work with wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
  • Participate in partner discussions and vendor evaluations.
  • Define and monitor product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
  • Use data, user feedback, and partner insights to identify improvements.
  • Continuously refine products based on performance and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
  • Experience delivering complex cross-functional fintech products from concept to launch.
  • Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams and APIs.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans.
  • Strong project management, execution, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
  • Collaborative, humble, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Comfort giving and receiving feedback and operating in ambiguity and change.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a bias toward ownership and execution.
  • Familiarity with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance considerations is a plus.
  • Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms is a plus.
